Microsoft Certifications

Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Exam 70-215 is designed to gauge a candidate’s ability to design and deploy server systems with Windows 2000 Server installed. It also measures one’s skill set and abilities to successfully administer and troubleshoot these server builds.

Taking and passing the 70-215 exam will allow you to be granted the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification if you do not already have it. It also earns you credit toward the following certifications:

The Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment, Exam 70-290 is designed to gauge a candidate’s ability to design and deploy Windows Server 2003 system configurations. It also measures the candidate’s skills and abilities to administer and troubleshoot the server builds.

Passing the 70-290 exam will grants one the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification, if you do not already have it. It also earns you credit toward the following certifications:

It is important to remember that no amount of study, preparation, and certification alone will supplant experience. However, you never know when it could be the deciding factor in your favor in the pursuit of an opportunity when competing against someone with an equal amount of experience.
