The results from the June 2002 Netcraft Web Server Survey are in. Results for the June survey were compiled from responses received from more than 38.8 million Web sites. This is the first increase since February, and it surpasses that month’s peak of 38.4 million sites. Apache shows a sharp uptick in deployment.
