RLX Partners With Intelligent Enterprise Solutions

RLX Technologies announced Wednesday that it has partnered with Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) to help bring its servers to the government market.

The sales agreement calls for IES to sell RLX products to the U.S. government and government entities in California, Texas, Florida, Missouri, Ohio, and Oklahoma.

IES will sell RLX products directly to the federal government and through the GSA schedule. State and local government sales will be handled through IES’ direct sales efforts and joint activities with government distribution partners.

IES has also agreed to work with RLX to provide marketing support and services targeted at the public sector market.

“Our partnership with IES will provide us with a faster way to penetrate the burgeoning public market for energy-efficient servers,” said RLX President and COO Mike Swavely in a prepared statement.

“Within the public sector, there is tremendous need for technology solutions that deliver true energy efficiency, and RLX’s energy efficient Web servers dramatically improve Internet data center economics,” said IES President Gary Newgaard. “Working together, our goal is to help RLX advance the benefits of energy-efficient technology within the federal and state governments.”

In addition to the sales channel now opened by IES, RLX products are sold through the company’s sales force and through its Web site. RLX builds all products to order and ships them directly to customers within 48 hours.
