I know it seems like this is the
only thing that I have been doing lately, giving brief overviews and download sites, but
there has been a lot of interesting product releases as of late and I think that many of
these are going to be working their way into our environments one way or another, so we

SQL 2000 is being tagged as the ultimate data mining
product with end to end support for web enabled environments and XML.
New to the product is the “DNA 2000”, which
has been described as, “Microsoft Windows DNA 2000 is the most comprehensive
integrated platform for building and deploying next-generation Web applications,” by
Paul Flessner, vice president, database and middleware development at Microsoft.
The improvements in the product revolve mainly around
unlimited scalability for B2B e-commerce companies. The product has already been run
through some testing and has gotten pretty strong reviews.
