   Folks-

Folks- I am putting together a graph of the strengths and weaknesses of SMS 1.2 and 2.0 that I will publish some time in the future. What I need from you all is some feedback: If you have ever used SMS, what did you think of it?

I am putting together a graph of the strengths and weaknesses of SMS 1.2 and 2.0 that I will publish some time in the future.

What I need from you all is some feedback:

If you have ever used SMS, what did you think of it?

Please send me your opinions answering three questions:

    1.  What version are you using and are you planning on upgrading or changing products?

   2.  What were the product's strengths?

   3.  What were the product's shortcomings,  how can it be improved?

*** I an trying to get an accurate grasp of how the product is perceived in real world situations, so I need your input***
