   I am on a number of newsletters that provide me with updates on Windows 2000 and different technologies that are around the operating system.

I am on a number of newsletters that provide me with updates on Windows 2000 and different technologies that are around the operating system. I received a mail from win2000mag this afternoon that included the following title: * MICROSOFT REPORTEDLY PREPPING OFFICE 2000 SP2

   I received a mail from win2000mag this afternoon that included the following title:

   * MICROSOFT REPORTEDLY PREPPING OFFICE 2000 SP2

    I went to the Win2000mag site and checked out the article.  It is quite interesting.  It seems that Microsoft will release SP2 for Office 2000.  This will differ from the Service Release One (Or the Service Release 1A, whatever you want to call it) in that it will not be a re-release of the programs, just a patch to the existing install.  Important to note is that SR1 will be a prerequisite to this patch.  If you purchase the patch on disk, you will receive the SR1 install along with the patch.  If you want to read the entire article, check out the page:

If anyone knows where I can get a list of the fixes to be included in this service pack, please let me know.
