Operating System
There's so much emphasis placed on specific applications that we tend to forget the engines that drive them: operating systems and platforms. When evaluating performance, you can't separate the application from the operating system. Therefore, we present these reviews of operating systems, but the reviews have a very specific focus: their applicability as an Internet platform.
