Bug Report: W2K upgrade fails to convert system drive to NTFS

    Are you planning on upgrading your NT 4 system to Windows 2000?  Well, here's something to keep in mind:

Symptoms

If you upgrade a computer running Windows NT 4.0 with the Windows 2000 CD-ROM and you choose to convert the drive to NTFS, the drive may not be converted. This problem only occurs on systems that have been created using the System Preparation Tool for Windows NT 4.0 (Sysprep).
