ServerWatch Forums Post: FTP on Win Server 2003

'I have FTP installed. I set up the FTP site to allow anonymous only connections ... When I connect either through IE or an FTP client, it lets me log in fine. But when I try to download a file, it says access denied ... How can I get it set so that the anonymous 'GUEST' account can download from my FTP server?'
