At last, a Java based Apache GUI with added tools, including performance monitor, source builder, change audit, module sensitive, remote admin/control, htaccess locator plus more. It's open-source, non-profit and its here: http://netloony.sourceforge.net/
This 'was' commercial, now open-source and non-profit - licenses have been transferred to GPL. I suggest you download it and run it - the netloony.cfg might need tweaking to suit your Apache installation, apart from that it should run fine. I have run it on Linux/Apache 2.0... no problems... so far...
NetLoony includes:
- Performance monitor
- Configuration Audit
- Remote control/admin
- Build tool & support for 3rd party module builds
- Supports SSL
- Reacts to modules installed
- htaccess file finder
- Built-in text editor
- Enforcement of directive rules & syntax
- Help function and Apache docs viewer
- Service/Port Scanner
- Configuration backup/restore
- Updatable via email
Plans are to extend this to other net services...
