mod_auth_mysql added to Apache Module Registry

A MySQL-based authentication module with VirtualHost support was added to the Apache Module Registry. The module for Apache 2.0.x and Mysql 3.23.x is available from http://www.heuer.org/mod_auth_mysql/. The author and maintainer is Ueli Heuer.
