Windows Home Server Release in February

Users of the Windows Home Server “Vail” Preview are urged to migrate important data to another location as the preview expires. The new build is expected to be released in February and will be the first to be released without Windows Home Server’s Drive Extender storage technology, according to We Got Served.

"In a forum post, Jonas Svensson, the Windows Home Server Community Manager said, 'On this date, public preview versions of “Vail” will no longer be functional and we will not release a patch to extend the preview period. If you have important data on your “Vail” server it is recommended that you migrate the data to another location.'”
