New Version of OTPortal for Remote Server Management

Online Tech has announced an improved and updated version of OTPortal, a web-based portal that simplifies remote server management of colocated and managed servers. According to this news release at Online PR News, the latest release of OTPortal includes an updated user interface and a host of new features including: real-time messages, graphs and statistics for monitored devices, a list of devices with the ability to remotely reboot them, a list of support tickets color coded based on status, and instant chat with a support technician.


The web-based portal simplifies remote server management of colocated and managed servers.

"Each phase of the new OTPortal implementation and rollout was carefully planned for a positive impact on all of Online Tech's data center clients. During the beta release, select clients volunteered to test and give feedback on the new portal. After this feedback was incorporated into the first release candidate, clients were invited to preview and test-drive the portal for a period of time. Finally, the new portal was made the default interface for all clients, with an option to continue using the original interface."
