SoftLayer Offers Open-Source Customer Portal
SoftLayer Technologies has released an open-source, brandable implementation of the SoftLayer Customer Portal.
According to this article on Web Host Review, Stratos can be installed it on a PHP-enabled web server and configure per-user skinning, language, and access levels.

According to SoftLayer's Tuesday announcement, a SoftLayer data center currently supports Stratos when locally-installed on a web server. The company plans to add support for external access soon. When end users log in, they immediately see a brief summary of their hardware status according to SoftLayer's monitoring systems, as well as an overview of servers that are approaching their bandwidth allocations."
