A New Role For the Enterprise Server

In the olden days -- according to IT Business Edge -- the different elements of enterprise infrastructures (servers, storage and networks), were pretty well-defined. Today we see a new image of network infrastructure and its role in modern data environments.


Remember when an enterprise server simply processed data?
