PHD Announces Citrix XenServer Investment

PHD Virtual Technologies has signed an investment agreement with Citrix Systems after its recent announcement of the company's new Backup for Citrix XenServer product.
The company also said that in coordination with the arrangement, Insight Venture
Partners made an additional funding investment, however terms of the agreement
were not disclosed.
The company has signed an investment agreement with Citrix in the server virtualization market.
