New Kerio Messaging Server Connects iPad Users
Kerio Technologies, Inc., has announced native support for the Apple iPad in Kerio Connect 7, the company's messaging and collaboration server. As stated in the company's product news release, Kerio Connect now allows users to access email, calendars, and contacts on the new iPad, expanding the choice of mobile devices that help increase employee productivity.
The new release of the Kerio Connect 7 messaging and collaboration server offers support for the Apple iPad. In a separate news release, Kerio Technologies also announced that the
company has recognized Toronto-based Jump I.T. as a Kerio Preferred Partner.
Jump I.T., the professional services division of Computer Systems Centre, has
advanced to the highest level of the Kerio Partner Program. The company said
that Jump I.T. has transitioned leading Ontario companies to more effective and
integrated communication systems.
"With Kerio Connect, iPad users can synchronize their email, contacts, and private calendar, search the global address book (GAL), manage invitations, and perform a remote wipe, all using Exchange ActiveSync. Users can also easily access shared and global calendars with the integrated CalDAV support.
