AXIGEN Receives ISO 9001: 2008 Certification
The ISO 9001:2008 standard specifies Quality Management System (QMS) requirements regarding an organization's ability to meet and improve upon their products and services quality. As noted in the company's news release, the AXIGEN Mail Server has a strong focus on meeting the needs of business customers, either directly or through Service Providers employing the Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
"'As the ISO certification is obtained after a thorough analysis by an independent organization, it stands as an unbiased recognition of AXIGENs excellence in providing our customers and business partners with quality products and services. This also reiterates our team's expertise and professionalism. Our messaging solutions are already compatible with archiving and emailing standards such as HIPAA and a wide range of RFCs, so certifying our QMS was the next natural step. Other such independent reviews will follow, the first of them analyzing the outstanding performance the AXIGEN technology has reached over the years', said Oana Bornaz, AXIGEN CEO."
