As mentioned previously, you can get a Win32 binary .msi package of Apache 2.0.39 without SSL at:

http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/win32/ As mentioned previously, you can get a Win32 binary .msi package of Apache 2.0.39 without SSL.

The filename is apache_2.0.39-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi. After downloading, just double-click it to install.
